helpful staff warm welcome great breakfast
The reception staff were polite and helpful. I especially appreciated their warm welcome. minh, oanh, and anh ensured my room preferences were met, i was happy about that. breakfast offered a great selection. It was delicious.
there were many stairs. this might not be suitable with mobility issues.

the staff were always smiling and eager to assist guests with any requests, the team arranged a couple of tours for me. i found them really friendly and dedicated to.

The hotel provides free regular bus services. One travels to the beach, another to the city center. there is a pool available . i also noticed bike hire is complimentary.

The hotel is not far from central markets. I could easily get there. it's also a short, cheap taxi ride from the center, it was easy to get into town. plenty of places to eat and drink nearby were there.

fresh fruit local dishes warm team genuine care
breakfast included a spread of fresh tropical fruits plus hot local dishes. the team was warm and well-trained ensuring effortless interactions. their genuine care was evident . the comfort and soul of this resort contributed positively to my experience.
the room required using stairs as there was no elevator.

the pool was gorgeous? the gardens surrounding the rooms are lush, promoting peaceful relaxation. rice paper making lessons were available providing a chance to interact with other guests, i found it relaxing.

the resort offered free use of bikes, a convenient perk. it was slightly outside the central area! which allowed for a quiet respite from the tourist crowds. the hotel location was beneficial.

my room featured a spacious bathroom including great hot water. the room was beautifully decorated and provided a comfortable experience. the room came equipped with necessary bathroom supplies, this was quite helpful for backpacking.

Staff consistently offered friendly, helpful service. minh, the customer relations representative, demonstrated genuine care and were really nice. he remembered names and showed concern for all guests and staff. That's great.

excellent service and tranquil setting
polite staff cooking class
i found the staff at the reception to be polite and helpful. minh, oanh, and anh were really nice too ensure i was happy with my room. the resort organized our day trips. the resort also put on an excellent cooking class.
i experienced an issue when my room was almost lost 24 hours before arrival. i had booked six months in advance. i was not expecting this to occur.

the hotel features colonial three-story buildings. they have gorgeously maintained grounds filled with lush tropical gardens. the outdoor crew ensures that the grounds and pool area are free of mosquitoes.

breakfast offered a wide variety of local fruits. it also provided fresh rice noodle products, showcasing regional culinary offerings. i also tasted ming's vietnamese coffee at breakfast.

the room included a balcony. it also featured a kettle with tea bags and coffee, providing conveniences. umbrellas and light bathrobes were available for use. the shower and bath were also excellent.
